MELBOURNE (AUSTRALIA) 10 July 2023:  Invion Limited (ASX: IVX) (“Invion” or the “Company”) understands that a poster presentation of preliminary results from RMW Cho Group Limited’s (RMW) Phase II Prostate Cancer Trial is being presented today at the Australian and New Zealand Urogenital and Prostate (ANZUP) Annual Scientific Meeting 2023. RMW is the patent holder and licensor of the PhotosoftTM technology.

Invion is not involved with the presentation or the trial, but in the interest of full disclosure, the poster is attached to this announcement.

Further, as these are preliminary results, investors may not be in a position to form conclusions related to the trial from the poster presentation.
