Watch the video interview with Prof Robert Ramsay from the Peter Maccallum Cancer Centre as he explains the significance of his recent successful study using INV043 in combination with an immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) on anal cancer in mice.

The study showed the use of this combination therapy resulted in ~80% of mice being tumour-free. In contrast and despite widespread use of ICIs, the patient response rate to standalone ICI therapy can be as low as 12.5%.
