Announcement PDF ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 23 June 2014 LITIGATION: UPDATE ON CLAIMS AGAINST FORMER OFFICERS OF THE COMPANY Invion Limited (ASX: IVX) wishes to advise that, following the Supreme Court of Queensland judgment delivered for the Company on 4 June 2014, subsequent judgment was delivered on 20 June 2014 in relation to interest and costs, pursuant to which the Company is to receive $1,306,283, in aggregate, for the original judgment and accumulated interest. The Defendants have also been ordered to pay Invion’s costs of the proceeding, including reserved costs, on an indemnity basis. Invion intends to use all avenues available to it to recover the judgment debt.
