Announcement PDF ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 27 November 2014 INVION ANNOUNCES RECEIPT OF R&D TAX CASH REBATE Invion Limited (ASX:IVX) is pleased to advise that it has received an R&D Tax cash rebate of approximately $0.79 million, with respect to certain local and overseas R&D activities carried out in the financial year ended 30 June 2014. Invion currently has an application lodged with AusIndustry which seeks to expand the programs eligible for advance finding under the R&D Tax Incentive Scheme. Should this application be successful, the Company would be eligible to claim further rebate for local and overseas R&D activities carried out in the financial year ended 30 June 2014. In addition, a greater proportion of R&D expense would be eligible for the rebate in the 2015 and 2016 financial years.
